  5. A gentle but thorough cleanser helps remove dirt and prevent acne.

  6. A mild exfoliating once or twice a week can help slough off dead skin cells and clear pores.

  7. It is important not to over-exfoliate as this can make the skin more sensitive to the sun.

  8. Effective summer skin care is a balance of protection, hydration, cleanliness.

  9. Prioritise good quality sun protection , and adapting products to suit a more humid environment, individuals can shield their skin from damage while maintaining a healthy, radiant complexion.

  10. Consistency is the foundation of any successful routine, ensuring the skin remains resilient throughout the warmest month of the year.
