2. Digital Services, Coaching & Consultations
All digital services, style coaching sessions, consultations, and downloadable content are non-refundable once purchased or delivered. This includes:

Bookings may not be cancelled after confirmation unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
A refund may be considered only if:

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item or service confirmation.
4. Booking Cancellations or Rescheduling
If your purchase includes coaching or appointments:
